IP Address Policy
There is no strict IP limit with CMPXL. However, for internal security and smooth verification during payout requests, we recommend keeping your trading activity within three IP addresses. This helps us easily verify account ownership and ensures your payouts are processed without delay.
Device Limit Rule
Instead of an IP rule, CMPXL enforces a maximum of three (3) devices per trader. Our trading platforms automatically record and log device information in our system to maintain secure and accurate activity tracking.
We strongly advise traders to only use personal and trusted devices, such as your main computer or phone, and avoid logging in from shared or unfamiliar devices. Using devices that are not your own (e.g., belonging to friends or family) may lead to security flags or account verification issues.
