Refund Policy – Instant Funding Registration Fee
No. The Instant Funding registration fee is non-refundable.
By purchasing an Instant Funding account, you acknowledge and agree that the registration fee is charged for immediate access to a funded trading account, platform setup, risk allocation, and account activation. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final.
When refunds are not available
The registration fee will not be refunded in any of the following situations:
Failure to follow trading rules or risk parameters
Account breach or termination
Inactivity or voluntary cancellation
Personal circumstances or change of mind
Losses incurred during trading
Why the fee is non-refundable
The Instant Funding fee covers:
Immediate account provisioning and configuration
Access to proprietary trading infrastructure
Risk management allocation
Platform, data, and operational costs
Once the account is created and access is provided, these services are considered delivered.
Chargebacks & disputes
Attempting a chargeback after account activation may result in:
Immediate account termination
Suspension from future programs
